In our study entitled "Analysis of behavioral flow resolves latent phenotypes" we propose a radical change to the analysis of rodent behavior in preclinical research. We provide a complete pipeline that builds on deep-learning based tracking of animal movement and enables high-powered group comparisons, behavioral fingerprinting of individual mice, and holistic comparisons of different experiments in high-dimensional space.
